For the second time this school year, Gregory and Jacob made the honor roll! One with a 3.833 GPA...missed the 4.0 by one B+, and the other with a 4.0 GPA!! We are so proud of the boys as they strive to actively remain on the honor roll list. Bill was able to make the assembly since Friday is one of his days off....I made sure camera was in hand!

And on the 'ugly' deja vu note, there is another set of stitches to care for in the family. My mom, after sewing and quilting for umpteen jillion years, finally caught the wrong end of a very sharp blade. Her rotary quilting blade jumped track, and rather than trimming up some uneven edges....it cut up her finger!
Only good thing about it was she cut her finger on her right hand and she's a lefty!
Tomorrow we are off to pick up our NEW BOAT!! We are sharing the cost 50/50 with my parents on a new to us, used yet very well taken care of Yamaha 23 foot, 10 passenger boat. Very excited about seeing it! And hey, we get a quick boat ride on the lake too......in January,who would have thought?
