An update on our friend Max
For those of you that have been around this blog for a few months, you may remember when I told you about a friend of ours that was going to need open heart surgery (if I was a little more tech savvy I could figure out how to put the link here the that blog entry...but I'm not, sorry). Well, he did have his surgery, a little sooner than they thought he would need to have it. He is now nearly one week post op and doing well. It was a very scary surgery-they had to replace his aortic valve-but one that was successful YEAY!!!! I've known him since high school and he and his wife have 4 small children. We are so very happy that things have gone so well. If you'd like to read about their story, please visit their blog

to link to a specific post, open a new browser window and go to the page of the other persons blog (the actual page so click on the title for the post...you will notice the address bar in your browser will have the initial blog name then some other stuff then the post title), go back to your blog and hyperlink as usual (highlight the word you want linked, click on the little world/chainlink thing in the menu bar (to the left of the icon you click to upload pictures into a post), a new window will open and that is where you paste the address from the other blog. hope that made sense, if not you can email me and i can try and explain better.
